Juliana Sagat was born in Paris, but raised in the suburb of Saint-Ouen. She graduated from Studio Bercot in Paris, with a degree in fashion design. Juliana first moved to the United States to attend the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Following school, Juliana moved to NYC to officially join the fashion industry in her first professional role at Marc Jacobs . A few years following her foray into the American design community, Juliana returned to Paris. She gained inspiration and technical skills while working for brands such as Kenzo, Givenchy and Isabel Marant. Juliana then moved to Portland, Oregon in June 2018  to join Nike’s footwear design team, focused on Nike Air Max and Nike Collabs. Since then Juliana led the design of iconic models including Air Max Furyosa, Vapormax 360 and Nike x Jacquemus Air max 1.
